Not a store, nor a reseller. I just bought too many great guitars in an effort to find the right ones for me.

Description:

2024 EVH Frankenstein Relic in Blue (Customized)

So this is my EVH Frankie — the replica of Eddie’s famous Frankenstein guitar. I customized it pretty hard though. I pulled out that dummy single-coil and the useless selector switch they stuck on there just for the look, so now it’s a simple one-pickup guitar with just a single volume knob. Super clean. I also put on a really nice blue tortoise shell pickguard that looks way better than the stock one.

It’s a solid basswood body that growls and has these thick, cutting mids that slice through a mix no problem. The Wolfgang humbucker is direct-mounted, so it nails that classic Eddie tone, especially when you push a high-gain amp. Neck is quartersawn maple with a fast compound-radius maple board that’s just built for shredding. Floyd Rose is set up dive-bomb only with the D-Tuna, so I can do all the crazy trem stuff and flip into drop D instantly. Relic’d finish already looks beat-up in the best way. Killer tone and it plays like lightning.
