This 2025 Charvel Custom Shop San Dimas 1H FR is an awesome, stripped-down, EMG-powered shred machine built around two things: stability and simplicity. One humbucker, one volume knob, an Original Floyd Rose, and not much else between you and the amp.
The EMG 81 provides the tight, aggressive response you’d expect, while the 25.5″ scale, compound-radius ebony fingerboard, jumbo stainless-steel frets and fast quartersawn maple neck make it exceptionally comfortable for fast playing. The Original Floyd Rose provides rock-solid tuning stability, whether you want to leave it floating or block it for dive-only operation.
And then there’s the Cyan Magenta Interference finish. Depending on the angle and lighting, it shifts through cyan, blue, purple and magenta, making a very simple San Dimas look completely different every time you move it.
The reason I’m selling this one is equally simple: I bought two of them. My plan was to leave the Floyd floating on one and block the other for dive-only use. Instead, I fell in love with the first one, set it up exactly the way I wanted, and essentially never played this one. Turns out I don’t need two.
As a result, this guitar is in new condition. If you’re looking for a USA Custom Shop Charvel that’s fast, uncomplicated and built to stay in tune while you abuse it, this is pretty much the formula: EMG 81, Original Floyd Rose, stainless frets, ebony board, one knob and absolutely nothing unnecessary.
