Within three business days, you'll receive tracking information for your shipment.

Once your guitar shows as delivered, you have 48 hours to inspect and evaluate it.

Please save all packaging materials and provide photographs of the guitar, packaging, and damage.
For instruments valued at $5,000 or more, we strongly recommend recording the unboxing process and may require video documentation to verify shipping damage claims.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the guitar arrives back at GuitarFight:
Returned instruments must be received in the same condition in which they were shipped.
If a guitar is returned with new scratches, dents, modifications, missing parts, excessive wear, or other damage, the refund may be reduced based upon the diminished market value of the instrument.
